Uno de los mejores restaurantes en la zona,  El Picola tiene un local grande, con buen equipamiento y clientela. Consta de dos salones, dos bares, un patio exterior y un piso de lujo con cuatro habitaciones, todo ello sobre una superficie de 810 m2.

El salón principal (300 m2) con capacidad para 120 comensales, tiene una renombrada barbacoa interior. Un bar amplio y equipado completa el salón.  

El segundo salon, a la Carta (131 sq. m2), con una bonita decoración, también dispone de su propio bar.

 En el exterior hay un  patio (380 sq. m2) donde se puede disfrutar de comidas servidas bajo la sombra de sombrillas y pinos.   

Encima del restaurante, hay un piso con cuatro habitaciones, salón/comedor, cocina, lavadero, trastero, baño con Jacuzzi, aire acondicionado, calefacción y video de seguridad en la puerta principal.

Hay una amplia zona exterior para aparcamiento.
