Please note: To legally build a house on agricultural land, a minimum of 10,000m² is required and the plot must have a diameter of at least 50m. The general rule is that you can build a house to 2% of the plot size (ie. plot size = 10,000m², build size = 200m²). If mains water is not available, a water deposit or a well are effective alternatives. If mains electricity is not available, solar power, wind power or a generator are effective alternatives.
Nota: Para construir legalmente sobre terreno agrícola, se necesita un mínimo de 10,000m² y el terreno debe tener un diámetro mínimo de 50m. La regla general es que se puede construir el 2% del terreno. (Es decir, terreno de 10,000m², metros construidos =200m²). Si no se dispone de agua, se pueden utilizar depósitos como alternativa.
