Hello, I am Patsy, and I would like to welcome you to my site.

I have been making preserves for 30 years and produce the complete range by hand here in the Scottish Borders.

All the recipes are my own and are closely guarded secrets!

After moving to the Scottish Borders three years ago, I started using locally grown fruits and vegetables, which I brought from farmers around the area. If the produce is not grown in or around the Scottish Borders, it is sourced locally.

In 2006 I teamed up with the local Farmers Markets and you will find me at Kelso and Berwick upon Tweed Farmers Markets on the last Saturday and Sunday of each month, where I sell the complete range of my produce. I also offer samples of each variety, with tasty Scottish Cheddar cheese and biscuits.

Amongst the delightful tastes are a Chunky Piccalilli, 'Atomic Banana', made with home-grown chillies and a gorgeous 'Banana, Date and Apricot' chutney which is delicious with cold meats.

My Mango Chutney is a chunky, spicy chutney, also made with my home-grown chillies and is the top seller of this year.
